2. Vegas DOES have a healthy side

There is no reason to not enjoy the food in Las Vegas. But instead of diving head first into every unhealthy option, try swapping one or two meals for a healthier version. So if you know you want something delicious and packed full of calories for dinner, have a healthier breakfast and lunch. There are also many healthy grocery stores located in Vegas. Try picking up some items for snacking this way if you get hungry between meals you have something nutritious.

 3. Drink, but make sure you drink WATER also.

Lets talk about the elephant in the room. Alcohol. Packed full of calories. Here is the deal. I am not going to tell you if you are going to drink you HAVE to drink vodka waters (the least amount of calorie alcoholic beverage). I personally am not a hard liquor kind of girl. My drink of choice is actually beer. But honestly, if you are eating a healthy breakfast and lunch, working out for at least 20-30 minutes, your body is not going to morph into something its not.

It will also be extremely hot. I mean it’s Vegas. So you will be sweating a ton. Alcohol will only aid in dehydration. Try having one drink, drink a glass of water, then order your second. Dehydration is not only harmful to your body but it also slows down your metabolism and can increase bloating. So yes, you are obviously going to break the seal by going to the bathroom multiple times BUT you will be keeping yourself hydrated and keeping your metabolism up to par.
