So for the past 2 weeks I have been attempting to get myself up and out for a run. A friend of mine asked if I wanted to do the Jersey Shore Half with her in May, I had originally said yes but due to my lack of motivation I will most likely not run. I do however plan on running the Newport Half Marathon in Jersey City in September so eventually I need to hit the pavement. Between work, life, and the gym its hard to find some time to lace up my sneakers and get going, and of course I had planned to get out of my house by 8am this morning to run and it was pouring ran. So that obviously called for my lazy person syndrome to kick in full gear. But since I remembered all the delicious food I consumed last night for Easter I decided I had to do something. So an ab circuit it was!
30 second swiss ball crunches
30 second oblique jackknife (L)
30 second russian twist
30 second oblique jackknife (R)
30 Second Toe Touches
Rest for 1 minute
Repeat 3 times!
So if anyone else suffers from a lack of motivation or has great tips to beat the laziness, comments would be greatly appreciated!
